General Guidelines:
I reserve the right to deny and/or cancel commissions for any reason.
All transactions will be done through Paypal Goods & Services or Venmo.
Payment must be presented upfront. For works totaling $30 USD or more I will accept half the total price upfront, while the other half will be received once the work is complete.
If payment cannot or will not be given at any point, I will cancel the commission. Once work has begun, I will not issue a refund for a partially-fulfilled payment. If there is a legitimate reason why complete payment cannot be delivered in a timely manner, we can work out a grace period. If payment has still not been received past the grace period, I will cancel the commission.
Watermarked progress shots will be provided throughout the process. This will allow for time to edit, change, alter, or add/remove anything before the work is complete.
Please do not request major changes after the work is complete. Doing so may be either denied or charged extra.
Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure your satisfaction. References, descriptions, context, moodboards, etc. are encouraged.
